1 - Start Microsoft Outlook 2003

2 - Click on Tools / E-mail Account 

3 - Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

4 - Select POP3 and Click Next.

5 - Type your name, email address, Incoming and Outgoing mail server, Username and Password. Then click More Settings...

6 - Click tab Outgoing Server.

7 - Mark option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Press Ok.

8 - Press Next.

9 - Press Finish.
