1 - Double click on the icon.
 

2 - Click on the menu File / New / Account...
 

3 - Select Email Account and press Next
 

4 - Type your name, your email address and press Next.
 

5 - Select Pop option, type your Smtp server, mark Use Global Inbox option and press Next.
 

6 - Type your user name and press Next.
 

7 - Type a fryendly name you can identify the account. Then press Next.
 

8 - Mark Download Messages Now and press Finish.
 

9 - Type the password and mark the option Use Password Manager to remember this password, and press Ok.
 

10 - Press Ok.
